Value-added services

The production is completed with a series of integrated services able to make the realization of the product in a single process economically advantageous.

INTERNAL WELDING

Through welding we can connect more elements to create a single product, these processes follow high quality standards and rigorous functional controls.

We can perform TIG welding and wire both manual and robotic.

By performing internal welding we can guarantee a more streamlined process without wasting time in the production of products.

GALVANIZING

Galvanizing is the process by which a zinc coating is applied to a metal article usually made of steel to protect it from galvanic corrosion.

The galvanizing process can be carried out according to these methodologies:

  • hot dip galvanizing
  • electrolytic galvanizing
  • cold galvanizing

CHROME-PLATING

Chrome plating is a chrome coating on an iron, steel or plastic artifact for functional or aesthetic reasons.

The chrome plating can be done in several ways:

  • Hot chrome plating
  • Cold chrome plating
  • Thick chrome plating

BURNISHING

Burnishing is an oxidation treatment with salts to improve the aesthetic appearance.

HEAT TREATMENT

Heat treatment means the thermal cycle carried out under predetermined conditions and temperatures followed by more or less slow cooling in order to make a metal or metal alloy (usually steel) take over those crystalline structures which give it certain mechanical and/or technological characteristics.

  • Vacuum hardening
  • Induction hardening
  • Nitriding / Cementing

ASSEMBLY

Through our qualified staff, we can assemble the various parts of the project to obtain the finished product, optimizing the timing and reducing costs.
