PRODUCTION OF PIVOTS
We produce pins with a diameter from 16mm to 130mm, in steel 42crmo4, 39NiCrMo4, 18NiCrMo3 with an induction and carbonic hardening that reaches a hardness of 58-62 HRC up to 5 mm. We thus offer excellent products with high performance and durability. There are available, among others, pins with superficial treatments of phosphating or electrolytic galvanizing and various types of machining: plug holes, grease holes, extractor holes, unloadings Seger or central, edges, flanges, milling and threads. We realize special pins based on your project also in small quantities.

TYPES OF METALS
STEELS
Among the steels:
Stainless steel is characterized by a greater resistance to oxidation and corrosion, especially in wet air or in fresh water, compared to the so-called “carbon steels” (or common non-alloy steel).
Fe 360, Fe 430 and Fe 510 steels.
The most important feature of AVP steel is its machinability and excellent machinability.
AVZ steel with only sulphur additive has the characteristic of increased workability at the expense of a slightly more pronounced fragility.
METALS
Among the metals we find:
Brass is an oxidable alloy formed by copper and zinc.
The bronze is an alloy composed of copper and tin; sometimes it can be bound with a metal that can be aluminum, nickel and beryllium.
Aluminium is a silver-coloured ductile metal that is mainly extracted from bauxite minerals and its softness, lightness and resistance to oxidation are remarkable.
